About the Role

As an SDE 2 - Mobile Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping ACKO’s mobile ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to build a product from the ground up using Flutter and deliver high-performance, scalable mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile apps using Flutter
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineering
• Ensure smooth user experiences with optimized app performance and fluid animations
• Follow best practices in mobile architecture, testing, and clean coding
• Own features end-to-end from development to deployment
• Participate in code reviews, continuous integration, and production troubleshooting
• Contribute to product ideation and future roadmap
• Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and Flutter ecosystem trends

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of overall experience in mobile development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter
• Strong grasp of Dart, state management, and mobile UI/UX design
• Experience in launching 0-to-1 mobile products
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs
• Understanding of full mobile development lifecycle including Play Store & App Store submissions
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills
• Growth mindset with a proactive, learning-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
